Born and raised in New Jersey, I’ve been involved in sports and fitness my entire life. I was a three sport athlete in high school and played softball at William Paterson University, from where I graduated with a BS in Exercise and Movement Science. I got my first personal trainer certification during those days and have been obsessed with training and nutrition for as long as I can remember.

I spent the last 11 years in the teaching profession as a Health and Physical Educator and Coach, being an active member in the NEA, NJEA, and the NJAHPERD.

I had the opportunity to teach health and physical education at all grade levels and abilities from Pre-K through grade 12 and also worked with special needs children. In addition, I coached High School Varsity soccer, basketball and softball throughout this time.

During the past 3 ½ years I’ve spent the majority of my time at Renegade Strength & Conditioning training clients, learning and trying to soak up as much information as I could from my fiancé and training partner, Jason Ferruggia.

It’s a continual learning process and I’m constantly striving to learn more on a regular basis, through experience and research. My obsession with the Renegade Method outgrew my passion for teaching in the classroom, so I have recently retired from the teaching profession to dedicate and commit all my time to helping more people get strong and fit the Renegade way.

I truly believe in training for functional strength using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, strongman implements and advanced bodyweight exercises, while maintaining my feminine look. I am committed and dedicated to a healthy lifestyle and am always experimenting with new recipes, different ways of eating, new training techniques, exercises, tips and tricks that I want to share with you all.

My current training goal is to compete in my first fitness competition while crushing all of my current PR’s in the process. I love to help others get strong and achieve all of their fitness goals and am looking forward to a future full of new experiences and adventures that lie ahead. I hope you’ll join me and that I can help as many of you as possible and provide some inspiration along the way.

Please don’t hesitate to let me know if there is anything I can do for you.
